Mr. Duffin is an experienced attorney who focuses his practice on the following areas:   Real estate law, contract negotiation, civil litigation, personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, family law, and appeals.

Mr. Duffin is a tough, aggressive attorney who takes his job very seriously and provides personalized attention to his clients.  Mr. Duffin's main goal is client satisfaction.  That means keeping his clients fully informed through the course of every transaction and lawsuit, responding quickly to telephone calls and e-mails, meeting clients in person to discuss their cases, being fully prepared in all matters and  fighting hard to represent their best interests.  

Mr. Duffin attended law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law.  During law school, Mr. Duffin was a member of the National Trial Team (ranked nationally and widely regarded as one of the top trial programs in the country).  As a member of the National Trial Team, Mr. Duffin won the Midwest Regional Competition, which was judged by the Honorable John W. Darrah of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Duffin graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1998 with Highest Honors, and in the top 1% of his class.  Upon graduation, Mr. Duffin was elected to be a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif. 

Upon graduating law school, Mr. Duffin worked for the Illinois Appellate Court for a two year term, where he worked closely with an Illinois Appellate Court judge on more than 50 complex cases.  Mr. Duffin then worked at two of Chicago’s premiere litigation firms.  While an associate in these firms, Mr. Duffin worked on matters ranging from complex contract disputes to multi-million dollar insurance claims stemming from the World Trade Center attacks on September 11th.      

Mr. Duffin received his Bachelors degree from Loyola University Chicago.

Mr. Duffin is admitted to the Illinois Bar, the Federal Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
